How to Make Cheesy Breakfast Pizza Bagels

You won’t believe how simple these cheesy breakfast pizza bagels are! In less than 20 minutes you can have these delicious pizza bagels! To minimize your cleanup time, prep your bagels on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Follow the steps below to make this delicious breakfast meal prep.

  • Preheat your oven to 375℉. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a pan over your stovetop, scramble all 10 eggs in a pan. Season eggs with salt and pepper as desired, and set aside.
  • Mix up the pizza sauce. Stir an 8oz can of tomato sauce, garlic powder, salt, and oregano together.
  • Dollop pizza sauce onto each bagel, and top with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, bell pepper, and crumbled bacon.
  • Bake your breakfast pizza bagels for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bagels are toasty.
  • Top with red pepper flakes, scallions, and or a dash of hot sauce, if desired.

  • Doctor up a small 8oz can of tomato sauce to turn it into pizza sauce. It is much cheaper than buying premixed pizza sauce and you will have just enough to top all of your breakfast pizza bagels.

Storing and Freezing Instructions

Meal prep instructions:

Let the breakfast pizza bagels cool completely. Keep the breakfast pizza bagels in the fridge in a sealed container for up to a week.

Freezer prep instructions:

Let the bagels cool down, then add the bagels to a freezer-gallon bag. Eat within 3 months of freezing.

Reheating Instructions:

Reheat in an air fryer preheated to 400℉ for 4 minutes from frozen and 3 minutes from fridge.

  • 4 bagels split in half
  • 10 eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bell pepper any color, diced
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/4 cup diced scallions optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375℉. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Place the bagel halves onto the sheet pan with the inner portion of the bagels facing up.
  • In a pan over the stovetop, scramble all of the eggs. Season the eggs with salt and pepper as desired, and set aside.
  • Mix up the pizza sauce. Stir the 8oz can of tomato sauce, garlic powder, salt, and oregano together.
  • Dollop pizza sauce onto each bagel half, and then top with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, and crumbled bacon.
